Week 1: INTRODUCTION 5 PILLARS
Intro to Exercise, Movement & Client/ Class/ Self Diagnostics
Week 2: THE SQUAT & PROGRESSION
Squat science. Proper squat form, modification and progression. Tools for proper squat depth/ engagement. Squat progression in and outside the gym.
Week 3: THE PUSH UP & PRESS
Push Science. Proper pushup & press form, modification and progression. Variations of pressing to advance progress. Press progression in and outside the gym.
Week 4: THE DEADLIFT & HIP THRUST
Hingingt science. Proper Deadlift & Hip Thrust form, modification and progression. Tools for proper depth/ engagement. Progression in and outside the gym.
Week 5: THE PULL UP & PULLS
Pull Science. Proper pull up & pulling form, modification and progression. Variations of pulling to advance progress. Pull progression in and outside the gym.
Week 6: THE SWING & KB BALLISTICS
Ballistics science. Proper Swing & Ballistic form, modification and progression. Tools for proper form, use, engagement. Progression with and without kettlebells.
Week 7: KEY CORE DEVELOPMENT
Core and Stability science. Proper core and ab drill form, modification and progression. Tools for proper ideal engagement. Progression with and without tools/ equipment.
Week 8: UNILATERAL MOTION & PROGRESSION
Single leg/ arm science. Stability. Proper unilateral use, modification and progression. Tools for programming. Progression in and outside the gym.
Week 9: ANTI-ROTATION
Core stability and strength building science. Proper use, modification and progression. Tools for programming. Progression in and outside the gym.
Week 10: COMPOUND/ ‘FUNCTIONAL’ MOTION
Compound exercise science. Proper use, modification and progression. Tools for programming. Progression in and outside the gym.

Health is crucial to the quality of our life. How we get and stay healthy determines whether we will become dysfunctional or successful. Over all, longevity and quality of motion should be the primary goal of exercise.
About Dasha L Anderson, MS, NASM-PES, KBIA-M
Dasha Anderson, new mom, wife, business owner and health and wellness educator. Dasha has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, with a specialty in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.
She has two decades in the profession of personal and pro athlete training, program design, group fitness education, and expert contribution.
Fourteen specialty certifications in a variety of areas in fitness, most notably the art and education of kettlebell science, injury pre-hab, and performance optimization. In addition to her fitness background, Dasha has an extensive background in exercise nutrition and body composition/ goal programming.
Dasha has two decades in martial arts with instructorship and black and brown belts in a variety of arts including Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts/ Kali, Muay Thai, and Brazilian JiuJitsu.
