When Dasha released the 7 Day Lean Program, I was curious – I knew nothing about nutrition and wanted to lose a few pounds more. After a lot of excuses I finally decided to do it. I’m not going to lie, it was hard to stick to the healthy eating (a lot of cooking and prepping I wasn’t used to) and working out every day was also a challenge.
