  • Swing a Kettlebell 1 minute
  • Rest 15 seonds
  • Execute move 2 for 1 min
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • Execute 1 minute of jump rope jumps
  • No Rest
  • One minute of kettlebell swings
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • Execute move 3 for 1 minute
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • Execute  minute of kettlebell swings
  • No rest
  • Execute one minute of Jum-Jumping Jacks
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • Execute move 4 for 1 minute
  • Rest 15 seconds
