LWH FITNESS (Laura Hughes)

LWH Fitness owner Laura Weaver Hughes brings three decades of AFAA, NASM, & KBIA certified group fitness instruction to her training formats. Small group classes offer participants the opportunity to strengthen muscles, increase joint range of motion, improve stability & spinal mobility, and enhance overall physical wellness. All classes include cardio-vascular conditioning & resistance training, with specialty classes designed around Kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, & Pilates/Yoga fusion.
