Katie Lochridge

As a former collegiate track and field athlete, Katie began her training knowledge mainly with Olympic and power lifting. Upon graduating from LSU with a kinesiology degree, Katie earned her certified personal trainer certification through NCSF and began experimenting with various forms of training (long distance racing, figure/body building, HIIT) in her own training and with clients. As the current Wellness Center Director of the Armed Services YMCA in Harker Heights, TX, a Level III TRX Instructor, and a certified Precision Nutrition Coach, Katie has come to love functional training over all other forms. Katie is now a certified Kettlebell (KBI) and Kettlebell Kickboxing (KBIA) instructor under Dasha L Anderson.
