Julie is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer as well as an AFAA-certified Group Exercise instructor who has been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. Through her own personal journey with functional fitness and rehabilitation, she has developed particular interests in bodyweight strength training and conditioning, kettlebell training for conditioning and rehabilitation, and body alignment and flexibility training through yoga and pilates. She is also a Certified Life and Weight Loss Coach through The Life Coach School, a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Level 4 Essentrics instructor.
She believes that there are no permanent obstacles in achieving personal transformation, and that each and every person can find a workout or a training program to suit their life and goals. When she is not coaching or training clients or teaching group fitness classes, she can be found enjoying family time with her husband and two children, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or lounging with a good book!
