Jocelyn developed her passion for fitness at a young age. She has been an athlete all her life with a mix of gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, running (sprinting and two half marathons), kickboxing and dancing. After reconstructive ankle surgery and developing a chronic wrist injury, Jocelyn has continued to focus on staying active, finding new ways to work around these injuries and keep up with the workouts she loves.
The search for a new demanding workout led her to kettlebell kickboxing where she was KBIA certified in 2014. Jocelyn loves the warm environment the studio offers and the new challenge each class brings. She is committed to helping others learn about the benefits of strength training, how to maintain a challenging workout routine with chronic injuries and the overall importance of finding a way you love to stay active.
