Custom Program Design
A customized program (CP-VIP) is tailored to address an individual's goals, weaknesses, accessibility, fitness level, time and schedule. It targets areas that need improvement and focuses on developing specific skills and addresses your unique needs and body composition.
This approach yields superior results in health, strength, mobility and physique (like fat-loss).
With Dasha your custom program is designed to progress you, allowing you to consistently build strength and develop your fitness level and body composition.

How Custom Program Design Works
- Your program is shared on Gdrive
- Every workout is outlined and every exercise is linked in a custom video, all reps, sets and warm ups are detailed
- Each month your weeks are outlined with workouts, mobility and any rehab/prehab regiments, plus any of your current activity goals
- Dasha is accessible to you 24/7 with form checks and questions
- A nutrition tab provides nutrition feedback and outline for you goals
- You track your weight in the weekly column, and any feedback - TEXT Dasha anytime with questions
- Each month (every 3 weeks) you email Dasha a feedback questionnaire and she will design your next program
- Custom CP is a 12 month custom designed program

I specialize in custom, result-based program design and nutrition support in order to help people lose fat (never muscle), regain strength and energy, redefine their health and fitness levels, and take their overall performance and individual goals to the next level.
I also help people get and stay pain-free from old injuries, imbalance, and other such issues. I am a lifelong martial artist, so we can also tailor training to fit with martial arts goals - overtraining can impede progress in one or both. Another unique area is optimization of the health pillars; as we train or establish a program.
I work on the core pillars of health into your program. These include basics like daylight exposure upon waking for hormone optimization and small milestone ways to relax the mind and reset the body to further health. The core of this is of course, strength and residency through exercise science and nutrition that fits your life.
