Victoria's KB Body Review

I’ve lost over 25lbs with the Kettkebell Kickboxing Body Series program and still going strong! It’s definitely one of the most intense workouts I’ve taken, but easy for anyone to start (thank you for the modifications). I’ve gained a lot of strength, stability and definition. I absolutely love it because no two DVDs are the same, so my body doesn’t get used to it and continues to change. Dasha’s program constantly pushes me to go past my limits and train harder and more efficiently every single time. I just follow her system, her cues, her words of inspiration and her listed out training session and I KNOW, I know I will get results.
