I started consistently doing the scorcher series 3xs a week in March (it’s only been 3 weeks and here are my results so far) here are my results:
Still working hard at it but pretty proud of where I’ve gotten so far. Right now I’m challenging myself to 5xs a week for 5 weeks since I’m out for summer.
I also haven’t started the nutrition rules that Dasha provides in ye Scorcher or 8-week transformation guides.
So I know I’ll teach all my desired results once I add that in!
