The first two photos were taken a few days ago and the last one was taken about 6 months back. I have always been into being healthy and active but was stuck into a routine and never really thought about anything but cardio, I was a runner for years. I came across Kettlebell Kickboxing back in 2012 after suffering from two fractured Tibias from running and bruised heels and never looked back! You can never plateau and there’s always fun new moves.
I took the certification back in October and fell in love with teaching the method as well as just doing the DVDs. This has changed my life. I still have a long way to go but with health issues and fitness I am definitely in the right direction and love inspiring others the was Dasha has inspired me these last three years.
