  • 6pm: KB MASTER CLASS w/ Dasha (RSVP 10ppl only *no groupons/ no packs)

Tue

  • 8am: Kettlebell Kickboxing (coed) KB Pure Intensity, Strength & Conditioning
  • 12pm: Kettlebell Kickboxing (coed) Ass & Abs HIIT (45min lunch session)

Please note that we have six CFC, or Kettlebell Kickboxing™ co-ed classes. These classes are on Mondays 8-9pm, Tuesdays 8-9pm, Wednesdays 8-9pm, Thursdays 7pm-8pm, Fridays 10am-11am, and Saturdays 1pm-2pm. The co-ed classes are the same as the regular KB classes, except that they are not all female. This is a great time to bring your male co-workers, husbands, boyfriends, brothers, and roommates to class! If you want them to try a trial class, just follow the trial class directions.

This is the schedule for the Kettlebell Kickboxing™ flagship location in New York City – located alongside NYC’s famed Anderson’s Martial Arts Academy. Kettlebell Kickboxing™ is an easy walk from any subway, located in the Soho/Tribeca area.

Dasha Libin Anderson, MS, NASM-PES, NASE, MKC-2 KBIA teaches daily at this facility – she is the creator and head instructor at Kettlebell Kickboxing™ NYC.

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT

Any students holding KB 10 Packs or Monthly Memberships DO NOT need to RSVP for classes. Please look at the class schedule above and walk in to train anytime. FULL facility use is available anytime during our hours of operation.
